Rubber Rubbing Strake for Inflatable Boats

The rubbing strake provides additional protection for inflatable boats and other inflatable boat structures. It is bonded to the outside of the inflatable tube and helps protect the surface against abrasion, impacts and damage during docking, transport and regular use.

The robust and flexible rubber profile is suitable for repairs as well as for replacing damaged or detached rubbing strakes. Its shaped profile provides additional reinforcement in particularly exposed areas of the boat.

For a strong and durable bond, the rubbing strake must be attached using an adhesive suitable for both the boat material and the rubber profile.

The bonding surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned, completely dry and properly prepared before installation.
