“Orca” Boat Adhesive – 4,500 g Can

Orca boat adhesive is a professional neoprene adhesive for repair, maintenance and assembly work on inflatable boats and other inflatable structures. It has been specially developed for bonding ORCA fabrics as well as water-resistant neoprene and CSM/Hypalon materials.

The adhesive is suitable for attaching repair patches, rubbing strakes and other components, as well as for repairing damaged adhesive joints. For a particularly strong and heat-resistant bond, the adhesive is used as a two-component system together with the appropriate ORCA hardener or crosslinking agent.

The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and prepared in accordance with the processing instructions. The specified mixing ratio, flash-off times and curing times must be observed. The final adhesive strength is achieved after complete curing.

Important note: The adhesive is highly flammable. Read and observe all safety and processing instructions before use. Use only in well-ventilated areas and keep away from heat, sparks and open flames.

Note regarding the container size: The previously mentioned 50 g hardener may not be sufficient for processing the entire 4,500 g can. Depending on the application, a hardener addition of approximately 5 to 10% may be required. The exact mixing ratio must be checked on the product label or in the manufacturer’s technical documentation.
