Application
The photoelectric sensor is used together with the lift motor or the motor-driven locking mechanism. It monitors the movement of the mechanism and ensures that the electronics correctly detect the current status. If the sensor is dirty, misaligned or defective, the machine may no longer evaluate the movement sequence correctly.
Note
Before replacing the sensor, please also check the mechanical movement of the lift mechanism as well as the cable, plug and mounting position of the sensor. Similar faults may also be caused by a weak motor, a blocked gearbox, dirty sensor surfaces or an incorrectly adjusted photoelectric sensor.
